Message: Canceled due to WhoIs error |
Instructions: Please contact Technical Support for further assistance. |
Message: Canceled - Registrant denied |
Instructions: You failed to provide or denied consent within the required 10 days time frame. Please contact Technical Support for further assistance and re-initiate the transfer. |
Message: Canceled due to domain status |
Instructions: The domain status prevented the transfer from completing. Contact the losing registrar to confirm the domain can be set to a status which allows it to transfer, then resubmit a transfer request. |
Message: Canceled - Domain is locked at current registrar |
Instructions: The domain is locked at the losing registrar. Contact the losing registrar to request the domain name to be unlocked, or for more information about why the domain is locked from transfer. |
Message: Canceled - Transfer already initiated for this domain |
Instructions: A transfer is already in progress. Contact Technical Support if you have any questions about your current transfer request. |
Message: Canceled - Domain is currently undergoing transfer by another Registrar |
Instructions: A transfer request for this domain has been submitted by another registrar. If you have submitted a transfer request through another registrar, contact the other registrar and cancel the transfer request. Afterwards, resubmit a new transfer request with us. |
Message: Canceled - Invalid EPP/authorization key - Please contact current registrar to obtain correct key |
Instructions: Contact the losing registrar to obtain the correct EPP/Authorization code. Then, resubmit a transfer request with the correct EPP/Authorization code. |
Message: Canceled - domain contacts did not approve transfer of domain |
Instructions: The transfer was canceled because the registrant or the Admin contact rejected the transfer request. Resolve the issues that caused the Registrant or Admin contact to reject the transfer (the contacts of record at the losing registrar), and then submit a new transfer order. |
